Hotels: The tour price is based on two persons to a room with twin beds. Private rooms are available for an additional $900.
If you traveling as a single and desire a room mate, we will assist you.
Costs: $4095 per person from Newark NJ. Add-on airfares from other US cities
required to fly to Newark. Price includes air fare, fuel surcharge, hotels, breakfast and dinner each day, entrance fees and daily touring.
Not included: lunches and tips($175 per person), airport taxes($120), and domestic travel to and from Newark airport.
(amounts subject to change, depending on current market conditions)
Payments: A deposit of $800 per person is required at the time of registration. A second payment of $1200 per person is due
April 30, 2012. The remaining balance is due by July 30, 2012.
Refund policy: All deposits and payments (less a $100 cancellation fee and
a $150 air reservation fee) will be refunded up to 3 months prior to departure. After that date, charges and penalties may be imposed by airlines, hotels and the tour company.
Travel Arrangements: are made through Journeys Unlimited, New York. We fly direct and nonstop on Continental Airlines to and from Israel. We will assist you in making reservations for domestic travel to Newark airport.
Travel Insurance: Covers cancellation, luggage, life, etc. Tour members are urged to consider this coverage, but it is not required.
Personal Fitness: Though the tour is not difficult, there is a good
deal of walking. People in reasonably good health will not have difficulty in
participating in the tour. However, much of the terrain in Israel does not
easily accommodate wheel chairs. Persons requiring wheel chairs or other special
care must have a traveling companion who will take charge of their care throughout the tour.
Passports: must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of our
return (May 7, 2013). If you need to obtain a new passport, do not delay as it can take a considerable amount of time.
Luggage: you are permitted one large suitcase (maximum 50 lbs) and one "carry-on" per person.
The tour leaders reserve the right to change and amend the itinerary when necessary
